The charming 3* Hotel de la Treille lies in the very heart of Lille`s architecturally protected "old town", overlooking a cobbled square and the Cathedral, where plenty of designer shops, boutiques and a comprehensive choice of restaurants, cafes and bars can be found . This hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from the main square and about a ten minute walk from the Eurostar station. The roads adjacent and opposite are great for eating out with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of cuisines. Visit the Palais Rihour or the Palais des Beaux Arts, or stroll through the old town, or take a very pleasant walk out to the free zoo or taste the famous and utterly delicious "Meert" marshmallows and other sweet treasures. The hotel interior is spacious and designed with a refined style that is both cultured and attractive. Its 40 soundproofed rooms on 5 floors are all pleasantly decorated in warm tones and have all the modern amenities and comfort needed including en suite marbled bathroom.
