This hotel is in the perfect location, being a very short walk to almost everything Bruges has to offer, including the exclusive shopping areas. A haven of traditional comfort and tranquillity, it is considered to be one of the most romantic and peaceful hotels in Europe.

It has 32 elegantly furnished rooms, all unique and distinctive in a romantic style. A magnificent new wing, The Canal House, offers eight rooms and two suites at water level with a sunny terrace that follows the canal, providing a captivating view of the water-borne activity.

The impressive lounge, with its fine painted ceiling, is the perfect place to have an appetiser, a drink before dinner, or to enjoy one of the many exclusive cognacs later in the evening. The best and most romantic restaurant, the glass ’Pergola Kaffee’, located in a 17th-century vaulted room with lots of candlelight, offers some of the finest food in Bruges to savour while you watch the boats float by in front of you.

Breakfast is served in a pretty dining room, offering a good selection of ham, cheese and salmon, in addition to normal bread, jam, cereal, yogurt, fresh and dried fruit. A heated swimming pool is at your disposal, and a sauna is available on request.
